In fact, a daily dose of fresh air is said to not only assist your baby in catching a good night’s rest, but help him/her to sleep longer. Breastfeeding and the Tired Mama

Breastfeeding = Fatigue?

Breastfeeding and fatigue go hand in hand, but so does being a new mama. I’ve been breastfeeding since my daughter was just minutes old.
