High protein burger is an alternative to eating the carbs you’re trying to avoid while dieting and it’s simple, all you need are the following ingredients:
- Lean Ground Beef
- Broccoli Rice
- Cauliflower Rice
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Bell Pepper
- Extra Firm Tofu
- Cheese
- Braggs Liquid Aminos
- Sriracha Ketchup
- Romaine Lettuce
HIGH PROTEIN BURGER MIXING INSTUCTIONS
I don’t have audio for the video this time because I didn’t think it needed it. But, just so you know I mix broccoli rice and cauliflower rice in with the lean ground beef. You can also mix edamame in with your burger meat to add more protein.
Cook the tofu with Braggs Liquid Aminos while you’re making your high protein, healthy burger.
When you cook your burger, add sriracha ketchup to it, seriously, it tastes super good. But, you can also add a sauce of your choice.
STACK YOUR HIGH PROTEIN BURGER
When you stack the ingredients make sure you do in a way that prevents it all from toppling over.
Add the lettuce at the bottom and then on the top. I also added one vertically to wrap. Protein style burgers are messy, so be forewarned.
