I recently discovered Payless shoes for toddlers and I absolutely love them. I know many mothers out there will likely get upset with me when I say that I’ve never bought a pair of Freshly Picked shoes. Honestly, the reason for me is simple. They’re way too expensive. Don’t get me wrong; they’re super cute shoes and all. But…60 bucks? For baby shoes? Seriously?I don’t think so. Not this mama.
Payless Shoes For Toddlers: No Slip Moccasins
Now many people claim that Freshly Picked are the only shoes that stay on their little one’s feet. Yeah, well, you haven’t tried Payless Shoes for toddlers and yes, they’ve got great moccasins that are the exact same design as Freshly Picked, but much cheaper. Try $19 (almost always on sale for $9) compared to $60! I believe in the video I said Payless Shoes for toddlers were $14 for their moccasins, I believe that was the sales price I got them for.
And what would I rather do with the extra cash? Let me guess, um, how about put it in my daughter’s 529 college fund account my hubby and I have set up for her. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not hating on you for spoiling your little boy or girl. I’m glad you can afford to spend $60 for a pair of shoes when they grow out of them so quickly.
Big Sale At Payless Shoes For Toddlers!
I just can’t bring myself to spend that kind of cash on baby shoes. I’ve read reviews from parents though that own every color they that Freshly Picked has. That’s the downfall of Payless Shoes for toddlers, their moccasins only come in 3 colors: gold, light pink and silver. But, how many colors does a child need and better question, how many shoes do they really need? Personally, I think we dress our kids all cute with the most expensive stuff just to show off to other moms and parents and say, “see, I’ve got money!”
I also got the cutest black boots for my daughter and guess who makes them? American Eagle. And guess where I bought them? Yes, Payless Shoes in their toddler section and guess again how many compliments we’ve gotten from parents? Tons. I don’t know about you, but I like saving my money. Don’t get me wrong, our daughter is spoiled but she’s not $60 for a pair of shoes kind of spoiled.
This year, I’m looking to save my money. I hope you and you’re family are able to do the same!
